Since 2016, the activities of "debt collectors" in Russia have been regulated by 230-FZ, which was amended in 2020. The law severely limited collection agencies in the way they communicate with debtors. Despite this, there are unscrupulous organizations and people who violate this law and poison the lives of people who find themselves in a difficult situation.

We will help protect against such arbitrariness: we will help to stop calls or visits, draw up and help submit applications to the supervisory authorities and bring collectors to justice.
